The Guards are an iconic symbol of Britain and personify the British Army’s link with the Sovereign and the Nation’s history. But they are much more than ceremonial troops who stand outside Buckingham Palace; each of the five regiments has served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
With pressures on defence budgets, the event programmes that describe key ceremonial events in London represented an opportunity not only to recruit new soldiers but also to raise funds for the Guards’ charity, which is committed to helping soldiers and their families.
Fusion developed brochures for Trooping the Colour and Beating Retreat and has worked with the Guards since 2006.
