Martifer

The Martifer Group was a steel construction company that had rapidly grown beyond its original focus to become a large diversified industrial company.

To re-align the business with customers, we developed a brand strategy that divided the business into a portfolio of three independent brands: Martifer Construction, Eviva Electricity generation and Prio Bio-fuels. Fact-based customer insight was used as the foundation of a new positioning and selling messages.

The option value created by the brand architecture we developed was fully realised when Martifer conducted its IPO, effectively tripling the value of the group.
